walked to tenby surgery to inquire about an unfulfilled request for a repeat prescription ... noticed this flower as i returned to Tenby town along The Norton ... sat myself down on the wall next to it and texted my daughter Ellen for an ID which came back ASAP ... later discovered this interesting article on it's uses and the practicalities of administering it ... will return tomorrow to crush part of a leaf and experience it's odour ...
